Bees wax wraps - work shopping a reusable alternative to plastic wrapping. Recycling relay race - holding a team competition for who can sort a pile of waste into the correct bins the quickest. Guest speaker - Inspire and educate students and staff to make every day lifestyle changes that support a sustainable future.

PJ DAY: The school heating will be turned off on Tuesday the 1st of September and students will be encouraged to rug up in pyjamas and warm attire! L.E.A.P hope to encourage small changes that everyone can make to reduce their energy consumption and carbon emissions . FRIDAY FORUM: Rachel Watson, CEO of Pacific Hydro, is coming into school to talk to students about the future of clean energy. GREEN PLEDGE: Students will be encouraged to commit to 5 climate actions for the week and in doing so will educate and empower young people on small lifestyle changes that can make a difference. Students will also encourage sponsors to donate and raise funds for Friends of the Earth.
