Our Story So Far…

Students have used iPads to design a giant Marbled Gecko made out of rocks. The gecko is a local species and has been built to be seen from planes landing at the nearby Adelaide Airport. The students have conducted research about the gecko and soon they will be planting natives grasses and native fruit trees so that the gecko can nestle amongst the native vegetation. The gecko is 12m long and 5m wide and students have painted it in Marbled Gecko colours, with the help of our artist in residence.
